Is the emmi-pet system safe for my dog?
Yes — the device uses low-power ultrasonic waves and a specialised toothpaste system designed for dogs. It is gentle, vibration-free and suitable for dogs of all ages (even puppies) and sizes.

How often does my dog need this service?
It depends on the initial condition of your dog’s teeth. Many dogs benefit from weekly sessions during a “course” phase to reduce existing tartar, then monthly or bi-monthly maintenance. Home care between sessions also matters.

Can I still buy dental care products if my dog has already had a professional clean?
Absolutely — maintaining results is key. We offer toothbrush kits, replacement heads, toothpaste and treats to support your at-home routine.

What if my dog is nervous or doesn’t like the process?
One of the advantages of the emmi-pet system is its quiet, gentle operation (no scrubbing). We take a calm approach, introduce your dog gradually, and provide treats/positive reinforcement. If your dog has serious periodontal disease already, a vet consultation may still be needed.
